You will bring your knowledge and energy to make us better with the creation of new ways to do things. We need you! Key Responsibilities · Be the first point of contact for technical assistance. Resolve daily computer/network/printer/software/etc. issues for Enwork employees. · System Updates – roll out updates that require individually touching all computers/printers/etc. · New equipment/workstation moves – Install equipment for new employees and manufacturing needs. · Preventative Maintenance – conduct cleaning and other activities to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment. · Infrastructure - Assist with network cabling, wireless management, camera deployment and deployed switch management (cleaning, documenting, etc). · System audits – utilize software to document installed software on PCs, to insure we are managing required licensing and that non-approved software that could affect business operations is not in use. Requirements Skills & Qualifications · Experience: 3-5 years in a related role. · Education Requirement: IT Certification or Associates/Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field. · Technical Expertise: High-level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware and applications such as Windows and Microsoft Office 365. · Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally.
