The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing first-line technical and operational support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues efficiently. This role focuses on helping customers and employees troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset are key to success in this position.
Pay: $22.00 - $32.00/hr. DOE.

  • Respond to support tickets, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer support to ensure high levels of user satisfaction.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of user systems and software.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
