As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide hands-on and remote support for employees at our two Danish sites. Your presence will rotate between the two locations approximately every 2–3 weeks, depending on team availability and business needs.

YOUR ROLE IN THE IT DEPARTMENT
Come support, collaborate, and innovate with us : as an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first line of support for FOSS employees, handling technical issues both onsite and remotely. You’ll be part of a dedicated IT team, working closely with colleagues from different departments to ensure seamless IT operations, and report into the Head of IT Support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing support for hardware, software, and network issues via ticketing systems, phone, Teams, and email.
- Registering, analyzing, and resolving incidents and service requests in accordance with SLAs.
- Configuring and installing computers, applications, and peripheral devices.
- Administering systems like Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
- Collaborating with higher-level support teams and external IT service providers.
- Monitoring IT infrastructure performance and ensure high security standards.
- Managing IT equipment inventory and coordinate hardware procurement processes.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
- Experience with IT incident management and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Active Directory and user account management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Driving License
