REQUIREMENTS

    • Strong Modern Mac support experience in a business setting.


      • Proven experience in IT support and business operations.



        • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.



          • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.



            • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.



              • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



                • The ability to be flexible and adaptable, both in your duties and schedule.



                  • Excellent organization and planning skills, both technical and strategic.

                  Responsibilities

                  ABOUT THE ROLE

                  We are seeking a dedicated IT and Business Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing essential business support to various departments. This role requires a mix of technical expertise and excellent customer service skills.

                  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



                    • Technical Support: Provide first-line support for IT-related issues on both Apple and PC hardware, including software, and network troubleshooting. Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical problems promptly.



                      • System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment. Ensure regular updates and security patches are applied.



                        • User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users on new technologies and IT policies. Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and user guides.



                          • Business Support: Assist with various business operations, including data management, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with different departments to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.



                            • Project Management: Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades and new technology implementations. Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed.



                              • Security: Implement and enforce IT security policies to protect company data and systems. Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.



                                • Customer Service: Establish and maintain positive relationships with all departments and colleagues. Ensure clear communication channels and provide excellent customer service.



                                  • Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.



                                    • Design & Maintain Documentation with up-to-date, reusable, documentation for our customers as well as internal content for our teams.



                                      • Keep up to date with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies to guide decision-making and improve the organization’s security posture.
