Today, Eat N' Go has over 200 stores (outlet) across Nigeria a and Kenya. Job Description We are seeking a proactive and dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will provide first-line technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems across the organization. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering excellent solutions to system-related issues. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line support to end-users for hardware, software, network, and system issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, software, and mobile devices. Assist in monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and reporting problems to the IT Manager. Support IT infrastructure maintenance, including servers, printers, and communication systems. Help maintain software licenses, user accounts, and access controls. Assist with IT procurement, asset tracking, and documentation of IT equipment. Maintain records of IT support requests, incidents, and resolutions. Collaborate with other IT team members on projects, upgrades, and process improvements. Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards. Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and software usage Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. 2–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles. Strong knowledge of Windows and operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking concepts. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and team-oriented mindset. Additional Information Skill Requirement: Basic understanding of networks, servers, operating systems, and common enterprise software. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Strong communication, problem solving, and customer service skills.
