We’re hiring an IT Support Specialist to support our expanding network of clinics across Southern California. This is a full-time, on-site position providing critical technology support in a fast-paced clinical environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and supporting both staff and patients as we deliver integrated, high-quality healthcare. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Prior experience in a healthcare or patient-facing IT support role
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace administration
  • AV setup and troubleshooting (laptops, tablets, TVs, microphones) for telehealth use
  • Experience with satellite connectivity or supporting remote locations including PC, Mac, and iOS hardware/software configuration

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for staff using PCs, Macs, iPads, and other devices
  • Understanding of network performance, firewalls, backups, and data security protocols
  • Support patient and staff onboarding by setting up workstations, accounts, and iPads
  • Assist patients with Telehealth access and orientation, including AV setup in clinic rooms Handle mobile device management (Hexnode) and system provisioning
  • Maintain IT documentation, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and provide on-call support as needed
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve workflows and support key applications
