Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll provide hands-on support, troubleshoot technical issues, and make sure our people can work smoothly every day. This role gives you will provide support task from solving day-to-day issues to configuring devices and supporting IT projects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Be the first point of contact for IT issues (hardware, software, network).
  • Handle service requests and incidents via a ticketing system (ServiceNow experience preferred, but not required).
  • Provide onsite and remote support to end-users.
  • Escalate complex issues to IT teams or vendors when needed.
  • Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Manage user accounts and devices in Active Directory and Intune.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees (devices, accounts, access).
  • Maintain IT asset records and forecast inventory needs.
  • Work with vendors for hardware/software deliveries and support.
  • Promote IT self-service tools and prepare user guides.
  • Support IT projects and initiatives from Group IT.
  • Administer email management tools
