Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to company employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and determine appropriate solutions. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications. Manage and monitor company IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and workstations. Assist in maintaining data security and backup systems to protect company information. Document internal procedures, prepare user guides, and train employees on new technologies. Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and implement system upgrades and enhancements. Respond promptly to support requests and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime. Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar technical support role. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems. Familiarity with IT security practices and data backup procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist users with varying technical expertise. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
