Your tasks:

Problem identification, error analysis and problem solving via telephone, email or in person
Receiving and documenting orders, inquiries, disruptions and problems
Document and process new solutions
Address technical and application-specific questions regarding hardware (such as telephone, PC, screen…)

Requirements profile:

Good general knowledge and/or experience in IT
Excellent language skills in Dutch, English (good) and German
Advanced knowledge of operating systems and common standard software is required.
Willingness to work shifts is required.
