  • Completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable qualification
  • good knowledge in the field of telecommunications as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
  • Experience with network protocols in LAN and WAN
  • in-depth knowledge of troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS clients in a corporate context
  • Experience with software distribution tools such as SCCM and in remote support
  • Good knowledge of common Microsoft operating systems
