About the Role: As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the organization’s IT infrastructure by providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role requires a problem-solving professional who can address IT challenges, support end-users, and ensure system efficiency and security.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify technical needs, implement solutions, and contribute to continuous improvements in IT operations. This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assist in maintaining and upgrading IT systems, including servers, networks, and devices.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in compliance with security policies.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential technical issues.
  • Install, configure, and update software and hardware systems as required.
  • Document IT processes, solutions, and user guides to support team knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement IT solutions that align with organizational goals.
