Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on supporting end-users, administering Microsoft 365 and Intune environments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Comprehensive training will be provided to support your success in this position.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be Authorized to Work in the U.S. Without Sponsorship.
  • 1–3 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management solutions.
  • 1–3 years of IT support experience (Windows laptops/desktops, mobile devices, printers).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Configure, deploy, and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune and other MDM solutions.
  • Provide Tier 1–2 IT support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware issues (laptops, desktops, and peripherals).
  • Monitor and resolve IT support tickets promptly, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
  • Take ownership of user issues, investigate thoroughly, and drive resolutions to completion.
  • Provide timely, clear, and accurate communication with employees and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.
  • Adhere to established processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Tracking and managing IT inventory and equipment.
