Descripción del puesto / Funciones We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist with experience in Microsoft environments to provide Level 1 / Level 2 support to end users and help maintain smooth day-to-day IT operations across the business. This is an international role combining remote work with occasional on-site support in the London office. Candidates can be based anywhere in Spain, provided they are available to travel to London approximately once per week during the initial phase of the project (frequency may become more flexible afterwards). Main Resposibilities: Provide Level 1 / Level 2 IT support to end users Support and administration of Microsoft 365 environments Manage and troubleshoot: Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Microsoft Teams SharePoint Support Windows laptops and corporate mobile devices User onboarding and offboarding Device configuration and user administration Troubleshoot workplace IT issues and connectivity problems Collaborate with internal international teams to ensure smooth IT operations Estudios Requisitos mínimos Previous experience in IT Support / Systems Administration Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments and Microsoft 365 Experience supporting Windows environments Basic networking and office connectivity knowledge Experience with user management and device support Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to work autonomously in an international environment English level: C1 or Native Requisitos valorables Experience in international or fast-growing companies Knowledge of endpoint management tools Experience in renewable energy or technology-driven environments Idiomas English is a must Ubicación Remote - Weekly travel to London ¿Por qué nosotros?
