JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. SKILLS

  • Experience with help desk operations and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues before they escalate.

Responsibilities
  • Understand HIPAA and Privacy Laws as they adhere to the company and software systems.
  • Provide desktop support and troubleshoot software issues for end-users across various platforms.
  • Manage computer systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Assist in the management of IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and tracking support requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Offer help desk support by responding to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of user interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience.
  • Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
