The Help Desk Support role is responsible for end user support for hardware, software and network to achieve secure reliable and efficient operations. This includes computer and telecommunications services and all ancillary support services and equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by employees in this job. Employees may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description.
This role may be eligible for remote work on an occasional or regular basis, subject to job requirements, scheduling requirements, onsite operational needs, and manager approval.
1. Keep tickets up to date and clearly documented in ticket management system
2. Basic troubleshooting and analysis
3. Maintain hardware including servers, workstations (including PC and win-terms) and phone for all entities supported
4. Maintain line of business applications for all entities supported
5. Processes employee change event requests including new hires, terminations and transfers
6. Email account management
7. Phone account management
8. Maintain IT assets
9. Basic network (wired and WIFI) maintenance including hardware
10. Demonstrate knowledge of and support each entity’s mission and vision, policies and procedures, operation instructions, confidentiality guidelines and code of ethical behavior
11. Other duties as assigned
