Working shift: 08:30 AM to 12:30 PM - Monday to Thursday and one saturday per month, 09:00 AM to 3:00PM
Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive IT support specialist to join our team in a part-time role. The selected candidate will provide technical support and solutions to our internal and external users.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal and external users on a part-time schedule
  • Resolve hardware and software issues
  • Manage user accounts and permissions
  • Configure and maintain hardware and software for the company
  • Identify and troubleshoot network issues
  • Provide training and assistance to users
  • Provide support in configuring printers
  • Support operation team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Previous experience in technical support
  • Knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and ChromeOS operating systems
  • Knowledge of company hardware and software
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
