PRIORITY, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece, is currently seeking an IT Support Specialist on behalf of one of its clients. This role involves providing top-tier technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for users experiencing issues with their IT systems. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing user support via phone, email, or in-person, and assisting in the maintenance and improvement of IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues encountered by users. Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving desktop and laptop issues. Respond to help desk tickets and manage user inquiries in a timely manner. Set up and configure new workstations, peripheral devices, and user accounts. Maintain inventory of IT assets and assist with asset management. Document system configurations, updates, and procedures to ensure knowledge management. Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technologies and improve operational efficiency. Educate users on IT best practices and security awareness. Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems. Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or similar are a plus. Competitive remuneration package.
