Managing users and permissions of cloud based products. Mastering, deploying and supporting the latest technologies. Onboarding and offboarding process. Managing computers and peripheral equipment Requirements At least 2 years experience as a help desk specialist in a cloud-based environment. Service-oriented, patience and independent Fast learner Strong understanding of computer systems and hands-on experience with installing and maintaining peripheral equipment Experience supporting Mac’s Knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira administration) - advantage.
