Serioplast is looking for an IT Support Specialist for its headquarters in Seriate, Bergamo.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Serioplast is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first-level support to users, configure and maintain IT devices, and ensure the operational continuity of IT systems in line with company standards.

TECHNICAL & PERSONAL SKILLS:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Basic understanding of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi), firewall, and switch configuration.
  • Experience with Active Directory, GPO management, and user account administration (account creation, password resets, permission management).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • good Knowledge of English for reading technical documentation and essential communication.
  • Accountability, Customer Orientation, Problem Solving, Organization, Team Play and Resilience.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Technical diploma in IT or equivalent education; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as an IT technician in a global envionment or consulting company.
Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level IT support to users, resolving software, hardware, and network issues remotely and on-site.
  • Configure and maintain IT devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices) for new users and replacements.
  • Perform basic user account administration (creating accounts, resetting passwords, managing permissions).
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests through the company’s ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on new technology implementations and upgrades.
  • Assist with basic ICT infrastructure support under senior team supervision.
  • Help document IT processes and systems.
