The Job
The (Junior) IT support Specialist gives technical support to organization with regards to there physical workplace as well to the needed software in a dynamic and modern environment. Beside the normal day-to-day operation (first-line support in the broadest sense), you will look for improvements and help implementing those. As cyber-security is key for our organisation, you will be the first-responder and act on incidents togerher with our partners. As part of the IT Operations team you will solve different problems as they arise and together with your collegues support our internal and external customers. The job gives the ability to grow within the stichd organization to a next-level within Infrastructure or Applications.
Your Mission

Operational Support:

• Day to day management of stichd supplied devices laptops, mac-books and mobile phone support
• Incident management
• User management based on Azure
• Software support on standard Stichd application
• Maintaining and updating documentation

Security and Compliance:

• Make sure that all IT security policies and compliance requirements are applied.
• Maintain Roll Based Access Control for all functions.
• Take action on Cyber Security incidents
• Support Users in Backup/restore functionality where applicable

Your Talent

• MBO-4/HBO level, preferable Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are pré
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments
• 1+ years of experience in IT Support, with a focus on Azure environments and infrastructure.
• Proven experience in cloud environments (preferably Azure) are pré.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage, and security.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.
• Willingness to grow within the organization towards next level
• Preferable Dutch speaking and good knowledge of English

This role is based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible and to be eligible for this position, you must be authorized to work in the Netherlands without requiring a work permit.

• Our salaries are based on 38 hours per week, but fulltime work is 40 hours per week. Instead, you choose between a lot of holidays; 40 per year ór choose for a 40-hour salary per month with still 28 holidays. You can switch every six months;
