Responsibilities
  • Act as a team coordinator, ensuring efficient task allocation, team support, and guidance to meet operational goals.
  • Lead coordination tasks between customers, internal departments, and IT teams, both in daily operations and during emergencies.
  • Installing and maintaining the software and interfaces of point of sale (POS) systems
  • Receiving and processing hardware, software, network and communication problems in the area of POS systems and related applications, locating and rectifying faults or initiating escalation proceedings
  • Creation and updating of operating manuals, instructions, checklists and training documents
  • Participation in projects, in the introduction of new services and in events
  • Performing coordination tasks between customers, internal departments and IT departments in day-to-day operations and in emergencies
