IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
Salary Range: AED 2,500.00 to AED 4,000.00 per month

We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. The successful candidate will assist with a wide range of IT tasks, including handling 3CX systems, Synology NAS support, domain management, and general IT troubleshooting. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with foundational IT knowledge and a proactive mindset.

  • Provide first-level support for desktop, laptop, and device issues.
  • Manage and troubleshoot 3CX phone system configurations and issues.
  • Provide support for Synology NAS setup, backup, file sharing, and user access.
  • Create, manage, and maintain email and network domains.
  • Resolve day-to-day IT-related problems raised by staff, including hardware and software issues.
  • Perform routine IT maintenance tasks and system updates.
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees (account creation, workstation setup, etc.).
  • Monitor system performance and ensure IT infrastructure runs smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, credentials, and support logs.
  • Support IT Administrator in various administrative and technical tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont
