VigorCare Pediatric Services is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Olympia, Washington. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to employees and clients on various hardware and software issues - Troubleshoot and resolve network, software, and hardware problems - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals - Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues - Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets - Conduct regular backups and ensure data security and integrity - Train employees on new systems, software, and processes - Collaborate with IT team to implement new technologies and upgrades - Maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in IT support Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems - Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration - Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
