We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for all hardware and software systems used by our organization. This individual will work closely with our IT team to ensure that our systems are functioning efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our staff and patients. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all hardware and software systems used by the organization - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment - Monitor and maintain network and server systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance - Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve any IT-related problems - Assist with the implementation and maintenance of new software and hardware systems - Train staff on the proper use of hardware and software systems - Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems - Maintain accurate records of all IT equipment, software licenses, and warranties - Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures - Provide after-hours support as needed Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role - Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems - Experience with network and server administration - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data security best practices - Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as needed We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for professional growth and development - Supportive and collaborative work environment - The opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs
