• Provide friendly and solution-oriented support for IT systems, colleagues, and infrastructure
• Manage and contribute to exciting projects aimed at improving IT solutions
• Work closely with colleagues and external IT partners in a cooperative and supportive way
• Share knowledge by training and guiding team members in various IT technical areas
• Help establish and maintain efficient and user-friendly technical processes and documentation
