ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join our Operations/Processing department. This is an hourly, full-time role where you will play a key part in ensuring seamless technology functionality across our organization. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the go-to individual for troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and maintaining our IT systems. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, technical expertise, and a strong ability to provide outstanding customer support to internal users.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users facing IT-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems promptly and effectively.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with other teams in the organization to ensure smooth operations and process improvement.
  • Assist in maintaining IT documentation, including setup guides, troubleshooting procedures, and inventory tracking.
  • Monitor and respond to IT support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and new installations to enhance productivity and security.
