Description

Handling user requests in 1st and 2nd level support
Installation, administration, operation and optimization of Microsoft-based client and server systems
Support, setup and maintenance of PCs, notebooks, printers and peripherals
Ensuring compliance with and implementation of internal IT standards and guidelines
Support, training and advice for users
Analysis, resolution and documentation of malfunctions, as well as forwarding of more complex issues
Maintenance of project, system and application documentation
Ensuring high availability of client systems, networks and IT services
Participation in IT projects and continuous optimization of existing processes
