We are assisting a Client who has a strong presence in Broadband and Network Communications providing Corporate and direct to Consumer services across Malaysia and Singapore.
This role will particularly handle one of their MNC clients providing IT End-User, Technical Support based at the main office located in the Central area part of Singapore.
As an IT Support, this will provide first-line and extended support for their IT needs including (but not limited) desktop/laptop support, network maintenance, software & systems troubleshooting.
This position will be joining a Banking client providing IT related solutioning for the bank’s employee’s and staff as an end-user service support, will be a part of the IT department and support services.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Atleast Diploma education related to Information Technology field.
  • Knowledge in desktop, laptop, computer troubleshooting, PC configuration and basic networking architecture.
  • Experience using Windows OS and Mac OS applications.
  • Handle user creation, update, delete and change requests
  • Must be a team player and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.Role will be working 5-days a week with day time schedule, however and as necesarry may need to render overtime to fit updates, upgrades and enhancement done outside of production hours.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical helpdesk/service assistance to end user customers who are the staff’s / employees of the client (primary function), phone and email (secondary function).
  • Will handle first line resolutions on PC Laptops and Desktops - hardware, software issues as well as associated peripherals such as mobile devices and scanners.
  • Will maintain an SLA standard and procedures as provided by the IT Team and Team Leader.The role will also be involved in computer asset management and inventory checking to ascertain fully functional and operational equipment.
