We're not just looking for an ICT specialist. We're looking for additional support for our team. A tech hero with heart, brains, and humor – someone who can handle a tangle of cables, has the patience of a Zen monk, and doesn't throw their keyboard out the window at the first sign of a Windows error message.

Start of employment

October 1, 2026 or by arrangement

Your mission

• Providing support to our users in 1st and 2nd level support – both in the RIZ and in the classrooms of the Münsingen elementary school
• Support via remote magic or in person on site
• Creating documentation and instructions
• Assistance with system maintenance and monitoring
• Participation in projects

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an ICT specialist or comparable IT training, alternatively a very high affinity for IT, with an interest in technical topics
• Additional IT certifications like CompTIA, SIZ, or other superpowers? Very welcome!
• Experience with Microsoft Windows clients
• Quick comprehension, organizational talent, sense of responsibility and an eye for detail
• Team spirit, a love of communication, and no fear of real people
• Category B driving licence required and ideally with own vehicle for deployments outside the LAN.
