Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Technical Support Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia’s most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking a problem solving and customer focused IT Support professional with at least 5 years’ experience IT Support, application support or systems administration with relevant Team Lead experience. This role will see you provide comprehensive technical support and maintenance for all IT systems and infrastructure across a cluster of 5 hotels and campground, ensuring seamless operations and optimal guest experiences through reliable technology.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Development: Supervise, mentor and coach technical support staff, giving guidance and support for complex client issues. Set clear goals and expectations to promote team efficiency.
Manage and maintain IT systems across all properties, including Microsoft Office products and cloud-hosted SaaS solutions.
Respond to and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel and campground operations.
Implement, upgrade, and troubleshoot software and hardware as needed.
Provide training and support to staff on various IT systems and tools.
Assist in maintaining communication infrastructure between the remote site and headquarters
