What you'll do Providing technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems. Managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and cloud platforms. Troubleshooting network connectivity issues and assisting with basic network administration. Supporting cloud-based applications (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) and SaaS tools. Monitoring system performance and applying updates and patches. Documenting processes and maintaining IT asset inventory. Collaborating on IT projects and system upgrades. Responding to help desk tickets promptly and delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 1–3 years in IT support or a similar role. Technical Skills: Windows and macOS environments Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Active Directory and Office 365 administration Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service mindset.
