We are looking for an experienced and service-driven IT Support Team Lead to join our ANZ IT function. Based in Townsville, this is a critical leadership role responsible for the delivery of IT support and day-to-day technical services across Australia operations, with a focus on excellent customer experience and operational performance.
This is a great opportunity for someone who combines deep technical capability with a proactive, people-first approach to IT service delivery. You’ll oversee a high-performing team, work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement to ensure Wilmar’s IT services are modern, reliable, and aligned to business needs.
