OVERVIEW

American Heritage School is seeking a part-time support technician to provide onsite technology support to students and faculty at the American Fork Campus. An ideal candidate is committed to working in a faith-based atmosphere aligned with values taught by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This position requires a professional, optimistic, and organized demeanor, dedicated to providing prompt, proactive, and patient support to students and faculty.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide prompt technical support to students and faculty.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with MacBooks, AppleTVs, printers, projectors, TVs, phones, and software.
  • Documentation: Log all issues, resolutions, and progress updates using the internal ticketing system.
  • Training: Offer one-on-one training and support for Microsoft 365 and MacOS tools.
  • Organization: Manage and track inventory of devices, peripherals, and related equipment.
