Starting Salary: £24,400 per annum
Job Type: Permanent
Working pattern: 35 hours per week. Monday-Thursday in our Head Office in Lancaster, work from home on Fridays (flexible working options will be considered)

In this role you will:

• Provide first class support to internal and external customers and stakeholders, managing support incidents and service requests to service level targets
• Provide support for the Ascentis systems and infrastructure for internal staff and our customers
• 1st line desktop support, including system builds, telephone queries, password resets and other similar service requests

• Be responsible for assisting in the delivery of IT Project work, such as system upgrades, testing, documentation and general changes.
