Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and applications. Resolve problems and quickly diagnose issues with operating systems, applications, and computer equipment. Support and train users on business applications, such as Google Workspace, office tools, and others used by the company. Learn and adapt to new technologies, applications, and quickly understand their functionalities. Generate reports, collaborate, and work as part of a team. Resolve and manage work tickets. Maintain clear and detailed documentation on resolved issues and procedures. Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Basic programming knowledge (TypeScript, Python, JavaScript, or others). Inventory management of computer equipment/devices. Requirements Studies in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related technical fields. Certifications such as COMPTIA A+, Cisco IT Essentials, or equivalent. English proficiency at level B2. 1 to 2 years of work experience in similar positions. User support experience. Practical experience in hardware/software support and maintenance of computer equipment. Basic knowledge of networks. Basic knowledge of information security. Effective communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Capacity for learning and research. Problem-solving and immediate response capability. Analytical skills, proactivity, and creativity. Ability to work in a team and under pressure. Knowledge of applications usage (Office tools, Google Workspace, TeamViewer, or others). Responsibilities
