Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

As an IT Support Technician in the End User Technology team, you will be the first point of contact for end users who need assistance, and you will help build a robust working environment using the latest Microsoft technologies. The successful applicant will join a dedicated team & will have an opportunity to grow within one Europe’s fastest growing companies.
As this role is focused on technical support, we will require office presence in our Belfast offices. Hybrid working may be available depending on cover within the team.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Resolve incidents in-line with our defined Incident Management practice.
  • Monitor, respond and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in the service desk system.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication
