At CableCom, as an IT Support Technician, you’ll handle a wide range of IT tasks including hardware support, mobility services, application troubleshooting, and managing user requests to ensure smooth daily operations. This position is based in Fairfield, California, and will support multiple office locations throughout the Bay Area and Western Region of the US.
‎ :

• Resolve Help Desk issues for all CCI offices and remote users
• Utilize basic Windows application troubleshooting procedures.
• Image and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals such as printers, scanners, and monitors
• Assist end users with the functional operation of company provided hardware and software.
• Maintain a lifecycle for all IT devices. (Inventory Management)
• Install new or upgraded software and conduct testing on new or current software.
• Perform data migration to new machines and remove old equipment.
• Provide remote support and on-call duties as assigned.
