Connect Solutions has provided support for small and medium sized businesses between Langley and Chilliwack for over 15 years. Our business continues to grow rapidly, and as a result we’re currently looking for a new full time technician to join our team. We are considering candidates with all levels of experience and will compensate appropriately, but would prefer applicants with training and/or experience in IT. We’re growing quickly, resulting in opportunities for further training and increased responsibilities and pay in the years ahead.
Applicants should enjoy working as part of a team, and have good communication skills. They should take pride in doing quality work and enjoy learning new things.
They should have the ability to multitask, and have good verbal and written communication skills.
A typical week would involve a mix of onsite work with customers in our local area, along with remote work done from our head office in Abbotsford. Work tasks can range between simple troubleshooting of issues customers face, to deployment of new hardware or networking equipment, to development of internal work systems. Further details can be discussed if an interview is offered.
Additional consideration will be given to anyone with past experience at an IT firm, and/or use of ConnectWise Manage and ScreenConnect.
Team members are compensated for the use of their vehicle and will receive a competitive pay package, company benefits, and annual vacation.

Though some work may be done remotely, applicants must have the ability to work together with a team out of our Abbotsford office. At this time we are not looking to hire applications who cannot work with our team locally
