YOUR EXPERIENCE

This role is ideal for you if you have a relevant Computer Science/IT certificate, diploma or degree and or 1-2+ years IT Customer Support experience, with at least one of the following certifications: ITIL v3/Comptia A+/Comptia N+/CCNA/CCNP.
To join the team you should to have some of the following skills:
· A good understanding of IP Networking & Principles
· High Personality level, excellent technical ability and high troubleshooting abilities.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft products (Office 365, Enterprise Software)
· Any backup tool
· Previous exposure or working knowledge on Storage Systems
· Any Virtualization technology
· A Team Player is essential with ability to learn on the go and work on own Initiative.
· Availability to work weekends from time to time
· Full Clean Drivers Licence
· Fluent English
The salary range is negotiable depending on experience. Please also note that a full clean driver license is essential, and the role will require garda vetting for some customers sites.
A Company Van will be provided and Mobile phone as part of the overall package.

THE ROLE
As an IT Field Technician you will work within a small dynamic support team responsible for the support of Midlands based Customers and providing local IT support to them. From time to time the role may require travel to sites usually no more than 90 min away. This role would be suitable for an experienced field technician or a recent graduate with sound hands on work experience.
A full clean drivers license is a necessity for this role.
SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide installation and commissioning services for networks and computer.
· Hardware Maintenance Support (PCs Laptops, Printers & Other Peripherals)
· Operating system Installation, Support & troubleshooting.
· Network Troubleshooting at hardware level.
· Server experience helpful but not essential.
· Refurbishing, testing, imaging, OS Installations, Router & Switch configuration.
· Support organisations on a scheduled basis
· Support customer hosted IT solutions – Office 365 etc.
· Work constructively together with internal and customer-based IT staff.
· Sales opportunity while on the job
· Role is based on customer sites and so you will always be representing the company .
