About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Technician to join our team and support the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to office users, maintaining IT equipment and ensuring the effective functioning of core systems such as MS365 and ERP platforms. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, responsiveness and the ability to support users in a structured and professional manner. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic shipping environment, contributing directly to business continuity and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Install and configure laptops, smartphones, printers, VoIP phones, and other IT equipment Manage user accounts and permissions across MS365, ERP and other business systems Provide user support for hardware, software and network-related issues Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner Document, monitor, and track support tickets Assist with onboarding and offboarding IT setup Provide user training where required Support IT equipment procurement and inventory management Ensure proper maintenance and security of IT systems and devices The ideal candidate will possess: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support (shipping industry experience considered an advantage) Solid understanding of IT support principles and best practices Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems Experience with the MS365 ecosystem Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Competitive remuneration package Continuous learning and exposure to new technologies Supportive and professional working environment Opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals Long-term career development in a stable company Coverage under the company’s collective medical insurance plan
