Eway Infosystem is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, operating systems, and common business software
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and remote desktop tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage
