Position: IT Support Technician
Salary: £19,000 to £24,000 (depending on your superpowers)
Work Vibes: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM
Where: Red Hill House, Chester (with some cool road trips to other sites - so you’ll need a full UK driving license)

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED TO EMBARK:

• Networking Know-How: Solid understanding of networking and comfortability with a variety of hardware.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with enterprise network equipment and hands-on work like running and testing network cables, hardware installations, and tech testing/development.
• Communication Wizard: Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for connecting with customers over the phone.

ESSENTIAL TECH SKILLS:

• Windows 10/11/Server
• Software Installation & Configuration
• Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• IP CCTV Usage
