INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) SUPPORT TECHNICIAN   Come be a part of the IT team at Gregory Industries. We are an energetic, hands-on team supporting a multi-site manufacturing and office environment where uptime matters. You’ll troubleshoot real-world issues across workstations, business systems, and infrastructure; keeping operations running and users productive.   This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working directly with users, and wants to grow into more advanced IT responsibilities over time. If you’re looking for a role where your work is visible, valued, and makes a real impact every day, we’d like to talk.   Duties/Responsibilities: * Act as a frontline point of contact for end-user IT support across multiple locations * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to all IT resources including workstations, laptops, printers, cloud applications, and business applications. * Document issues, resolutions, and procedures to improve team efficiency * Collaborate with the IT Manager to prioritize and manage support requests * Reinforce cybersecurity best practices during user support, including safe handling of credentials, phishing awareness, and proper data access. * Escalate complex infrastructure issues to Systems Administration while maintaining communication with affected users. * Provide onsite support across both office and manufacturing environments as needed * Assist with IT projects including system upgrades, business application support, and infrastructure improvements.   Qualifications: * 2 - 3 years of experience supporting users in a business environment. * Excellent time-management skills * Concise verbal and written communication skills * Working knowledge of Microsoft endpoints, Microsoft 365, basic networking, printers, and common business applications. * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Strong service mindset * Ability to work independently and as a team * Experience with networking, ERP systems, scripting, and automation are all a plus.     Schedule & Travel: * Monday through Friday, day shift (8 hours) * On-call rotation for after-hours support * This position is based at our beautiful new headquarters and includes regular travel between local manufacturing facilities to provide onsite support * Most travel consists of day trips or short local visits * Occasionally longer trips may be required depending on business needs * Onsite role (remote work not available)         Perks & Environment:   We offer a tobacco-free, drug-free, safe working environment, an excellent wage and benefit package and advancement opportunities.   Benefits offered include: * Paid Time Off effective immediately * Paid holidays effective immediately * 401k company match effective immediately * Medical, dental & vision benefits * Company paid life insurance, short term disability & long-term disability * Onsite fitness facilities * Discretionary profit-sharing bonus program   Application Options:   Qualified candidates may submit a current resume, including wage requirement or salary history, through Indeed or may visit www.gregorycorp.com/careers to fill out an online application for consideration of employment.   *An application will be required prior to attending an interview.   Screening Requirements:   Candidates will be subject to a background check and post-offer physical examination, drug screening and breath alcohol test.
