IT Support Technician   We are looking for a full-time, experienced and self-motivated IT Support Technician  to join our IT Team in Cleveland, OH to deliver quick, friendly support to office, distribution center, and remote teams. Keep endpoints and networks secure, reliable, and well-documented. For more information, please visit https://www.hamptonproducts.com/ [https://www.hamptonproducts.com/].                                      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   * Configure, install, and support end-user hardware (Windows and Mac workstations, laptops, mobile devices). * Answer and resolve helpdesk tickets for on-site and remote staff, providing both desk-side and remote troubleshooting. * Maintain and support distribution center and office network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi access points, switches, and cabling. * Install, configure, and maintain network printers, label printers, scanners, and other technology devices. * Provide first-level support for creative and engineering applications such as SolidWorks, Adobe Creative Cloud, and related tools. * Travel occasionally to remote sales offices to provide IT support, system setup, or troubleshooting. * Administer and manage user domain accounts and system access in coordination with central IT. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across distribution center, office, and remote environments. * Train end users on newly deployed hardware and applications in one-on-one or small group settings. * Manage consumables for printers, label printers, and other IT-supported devices. * Ensure adherence to company IT policies, security standards, and compliance requirements. * Coordinate building service vendors for facilities work and schedule contractor visits as needed to support operations and reduce disruption. The successful candidate will have the following: * Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; and no less than 2 years of progressive experience in IT; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of staff and management with varying technical skills and knowledge. * Ability to translate technical computer terms to easy-to-understand explanations * Strong experience creating and maintaining networks  * A+ Certification (preferred) * Microsoft Cert (preferred)    * General knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365 applications and administration, Microsoft SharePoint, and OneDrive.   General hardware knowledge including but not limited to notebooks, PCs and MAC, printers, label printers, LAN equipment, WiFi, and switches.    Don’t let this job get away. Many feel that Hampton Products is a special place to work, and our core values are the primary reasons for that feeling.
