Responsibilities

As we bring IT support in-house, we’re seeking a vibrant and energetic IT Support Technician to maintain and improve our IT operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT support across our global team, ensuring seamless access to IT resources and a smooth-running workspace. With meetings to facilitate, systems to maintain, and connections to keep strong, this role is essential to our team’s success.

  • IT Support: Provide hands-on IT support across our offices and factories, ensuring excellent IT assistance for all employees.
  • Infrastructure & System Administration : Maintain IT hardware, networks, and software systems within our offices.
  • Onboarding & Device Management: Configure and deploy laptops, applications, and devices, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Incident Resolution & Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for IT issues, diagnosing problems quickly and effectively.
  • Process Optimisation & Automation: Assist in streamlining IT processes, improving efficiency, and automating routine tasks.
  • Security & Compliance Support: Collaborate closely with our InfoSec team to uphold cybersecurity standards, implement best practices, and support data protection.
  • Training & User Support: Guide employees on IT best practices, ensuring efficient use of technology.
  • Software & Licensing Management: Oversee software licensing, ensuring applications remain updated, compliant, and effectively managed.
  • AV & Meeting Room Support: Maintain and regularly test meeting room AV equipment, ensuring optimal hybrid meeting experiences.
