Onsite Support Technician- Laptop/desktop, sys admin skill, well versed with ticketing system, has worked under SLAs. Exp in customer handling

TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

  • IT Desktop Support experience, Laptop Refresh, and assignment of new laptops, closing tickets within the defined SLAs Excellent communication skills, interacting with employees and contractors at any level.
  • Concentrated focus on defect reduction and quality of services.
  • Excellent customer relations and customer support skills.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, global, collaborative environment.
  • Assign configured laptops and refresh the aged laptops Meet SLAs for incoming tickets.
  • Project manage software/hardware rollouts and refresh items.
  • Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations/laptops and to deliver required desktop service levels.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders as needed.
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding issues Multi-Stakeholder Management, Good communication
    Job Type: Contract
    Pay: $35.00 per hour
