Job Summary
The IT Support Technician II (ITST) is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network systems while providing excellent customer service to end-users under minimal supervision. This role is crucial in ensuring the company’s technology infrastructure runs smoothly, supporting overall business operations and productivity.
