JOB SUMMARY

Looking for an experienced technician for an onsite support role to join our team.
This position will expose the candidate to all a wide range of IT related duties, including onsite support, remote and server support.
Requirements:
- Must MIN 3 YEARS hands on IT EXPERIENCE AND IT DIPLOMA A MUST
- OS Support Experience - Windows Server Platforms ,server and 365 hosted exchange, and firewalls.
- Experience with networks, Wifi , Fibre and VPN connections , Port forwarding etc
Voip support and Installation
- Good Problem Solving and Communication skills, attention to detail and can perform under pressure
Candidate Must be well spoken English and Afrikaans, neat and willing to go the extra mile to find new clients as your commission will depend on this.
Salary will be based on experience as well as benefits, company car and cell phone will be offered, and Bonuses for performance.
