JOB SUMMARY

We are an independent IT Support company seeking a dedicated IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring that all IT systems and services are functioning optimally. This role requires a strong understanding of desktop support, software troubleshooting, and various operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS. The successful applicant will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· Previous experience providing 1st & 2nd line technical support, as part of a Service Desk
· Experience supporting Microsoft 365 products including Tenant administration
· Document solutions and maintain an organised knowledge base for future reference
· Troubleshooting skills across hardware, software & connectivity
· Meticulous, self-motivated, and well-organised candidate
· Previous experience supporting SMEs will be hugely beneficial
· Previous MSP experiences desirable
· A Full UK Driving license & own car is required

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering both onsite & remote support to our users.
Supporting & installing a mix of Windows & MacOS 0perating systems. As well as troubleshooting networking connectivity issues, Windows Server management & Microsoft 365. Utilise Zoho Desk to track tickets and service requests efficiently. Together with Adhoc Website Support & quarterly Maintenance
