Seeking a Junior I.T. technician. Excellent customer / interpersonal skills are essential. Providing remote control, telephone and onsite support for a diverse range of customers, on the Central Coast and Sydney. Ideal candidate will have some experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server O/S, Office 365, and general networking / TCPIP. Needs to show initiative and, after the initial training, needs to be trusted to occasionally work unsupervised. Would suit someone currently studying (or completed studying) TAFE Cert IV I.T. Any other industry-relevant qualifications and training are desired, but just as important, I need someone who presents well to customers and brings a bit of personality to the role and be a very willing learner.

Customer sites’ range from 1-3 users, up to 50+ users, so you will be exposed to all facets of networking.

• Providing phone, remote control and onsite support for our many Central Coast and Sydney based customers
• Monitoring Backups / Antivirus / Patches and other maintenance tasks
• Site visits for new hardware setups / support / upgrades
• Attending to general support requests using our help desk ticketing system

Job will start as a 4 day per week (MTWTh), with plans to go M-F sometime down the track
